• deposition and coating of CdTe, Si and III-V structures, Transparent Conducting Oxides
• access to wide range of coating technologies (5 Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition in-line reactors, evaporators and inkjet printer)

• characterisation of a wide range of materials primarily associated with semiconductors and coatings
• access to Scanning Electron Microscope with EDAX elemental composition determination, optical microscopy and UV/visible optical spectroscopy
